We are happy to refer families with young children to resorts that are child-friendly in nature. Please note only registered guests allowed on premises after 10pm; unregistered guests not allowed inside cabanas at any time. Prices are subject to change. Please note CBC policy: pre-paid rooms are guaranteed. All prices are set by the competitive market and confirmed bookings are not price changeable. Guest agrees to pay the listed rate when the reservation is confirmed and pre-paid. This is also for all CBC bookings arranged through third parties, booking websites, travel agents, etc.
We require a one-night deposit payment at booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to check in, less a 5% fee for credit card and administrative fees. If you cancel 30 days or less before check in, please note your payment is nonrefundable. We recommend you purchase travel insurance in case of travel delays, bad weather in your area, illness, or personal situation preventing your travel. Click HERE for our inclement weather policy should the weather occurrence be in Belize. Refunds are processed in USD and will reflect the exchange rate day refund is processed. PLEASE NOTE - if refund to credit card is requested more than three months past the transaction date, there are certain credit cards that will not accept a direct refund, and refund will be issued either by paper check in the US, or via PayPal internationally.
Before arrival, we will also get your arrival information, as we provide complimentary airport pick up at the local Placencia airport. Check in is 3pm but we will make every effort to have your suite ready at arrival. Check out is at 11am. We can arrange to hold luggage at check in/out and you are welcome to use our outdoor amenities.
